Here are my favorite two recipes. I used to use a juicer, but now I use my blender on liquefy mode. This way, you will retain all the fiber from the fruits and vegatables that your digestive system needs.
Morning Juice Recipe. I take this every morning. Nothing else with it. It keeps me full until around 10:00 am. At 10:00 am I then eat a good Protein Bar.
In a blender combine:
1 Organic Banana
Handful of Organic Blueberries
4-5 pieces of cantalope
3-4 Organic Strawberries
1 tsp. pysillium husk powder
3 Tablespoons of non-GMO Vanilla protein mix containing Leucine
6 oz. of Organic Pomegranate/Acai juice
6 oz. of Orange Juice
I add 1 raw organic egg every other day to this mixture
You could also add an envelope of Kashi Truly Vanilla oatmeal to add more fiber.
Evening Drink with Dinner (My wife and I usually drink this 3-4 times a week)
Green Drink: Mix in blender for 1 min.
1 Handful of Organic Spinach
5-6 Organic mini-carrots
2 Stalks of Organic Celery
4-5 Organic Broccoli Florets
14 oz. of Apple Cider
Juicing/Blending is the easiest way to eat more fruits and vegetables. These Juice Recipes for Weight Loss can supply ample nutrients, fiber, and protein for a healthier, thinner you.
